Access to Data Entry
DOLNET data entry is only available for IAEA/WHO SSDL Network members. Please note that not more than one person (e.g. primary contact) from each laboratory is granted access to review, update the information and submit the Annual Report.
To be able to login to the SSDL Network website to edit or submit information, you should have a NUCLEUS account. The NUCLEUS web page is the IAEA’s web portal for providing public access to scientific, technical, and regulatory resources. NUCLEUS makes it easy to go through the large number of resources made available online by the IAEA. Anyone can create a NUCLEUS account, which can be used for all IAEA websites. Click here to register if you don’t have a NUCLEUS username.
Please complete the NUCLEUS registration form by entering all the required fields. Please note that a valid password should consists of at least eight characters in length and contains at least one lower case letter, one number and one non-alphanumeric character. After confirming that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Use, a confirmation message will appear. The last step is to activate your account by using the link you received in your e-mail inbox.
Some NUCLEUS websites, including one for SSDL, require additional permission to be granted to users to see protected information. If you are working in an SSDL which is a member of the SSDL Network, you can request access to update your institution data. To do so, please provide your NUCLEUS username and click Request access. You will then receive a system generated e-mail. This must be filled out and sent back to the SSDL contact point. If you wish to do it without using the above-mentioned link, please send your NUCLEUS username as well as the laboratory information to the ssdl@iaea.org
If you wish to change the assigned person to the laboratory, please inform us by sending an e-mail to ssdl@iaea.org. To grant access to the new person, the same steps as mentioned above needs to be followed.
